About Fees
Different fees apply for different services.
It may also differ depending on the provider.
For Therapy and Counseling
The base fee is 16,500 yen per 50 minutes session.
There is a Sliding Scale for this service. Depending on the income of the client and the living situation, the fee can be reduced to a minimum of 12,100 yen. However, the use of the Sliding Scale is limited by the number of clients using the Base Fee.

For Evaluations and Assessments
The base fee is 12,100 yen per hour used in the process.
This includes interviews, observations, questionnaires, test administration and scoring, report writing, and feedback sessions.
Each case is made specially for each goal, so there are no pre-made packages. However, a full assessment for children uses an average of 28 hours, and a full assessment for adults can be up to 14 hours.

For Workshops and Presentations
The base fee is 15,400 yen per hour used in the process.
This includes meetings, preparation of material, and presentation. Personalized workshops can take longer to prepare but will include activities tailored specifically for the target group.

In regards to use of Insurance
Our services are not covered by the Japanese Health Insurance.
We can provide receipts and invoices in English to use with International Health Insurance Companies, but there are some limits, so please check with us beforehand.
Payment methods
Payments can be made via Cash, Credit or Debit Card through Square, PayPal, or Bank Transfer.
